The optimized HD optical system of the Viper HD binoculars reduces chromatic aberration and improves resolution and light transmission for true-to-life color rendering. XRPlus anti-reflective coatings applied to all air-to-glass surfaces ensure high light transmission, greater clarity, and optimal low-light performance. Lightweight, they can be used handheld or mounted on a tripod.
Their dielectric, fully multi-coated prisms deliver images that are bright, clear, and true to color. Phase correction on the roof prism design further increases image resolution and contrast. They are also equipped with ArmorTek coating, providing scratch resistance and protecting the lenses from scratches, oil, and dust.
Compact and rugged, these binoculars are protected against moisture, dust, and fog thanks to O-ring seals and argon purging. They can also be mounted on a tripod or attached to a vehicle window for greater versatility. Additionally, these binoculars feature a large 50 mm objective lens, allowing for a high amount of light for optimal visibility, even in low-light conditions.
The Viper HD 12x50 binoculars offer personalized adjustments via multi-position eyecups and a central focusing wheel. The right eyecup allows for diopter correction for optimal vision. They can also be used by eyeglass wearers thanks to the twist-up ocular caps.
