Terms of sale

Article 1 - Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded via the JUMELLES.COM website, hereinafter referred to as "the seller," and its customer.

Article 2 - Products

The products offered for sale by the seller are those listed on the JUMELLES.COM website on the day the user visits the site. Products are offered for sale while stocks last.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Prices may be changed at any time by the seller, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 - Order

The customer confirms their order when they activate the "Confirm my order" link at the bottom of the "Order Summary" page. The customer then accepts the order process and these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The customer may make payment by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Cards issued by banks outside France must be international credit cards.

Article 6 - Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Mondial Relay or Colissimo, according to the customer’s choice at the time of order. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on logistical constraints.

Article 7 - Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the return policy, products may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are set at a flat rate of €20.00. In the event of cancellation of an order that has been placed and paid for but not shipped, a fixed amount of €15.00 will be deducted from the refund.

Article 8 - Warranties

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided by Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

Article 9 - Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Article 10 - Applicable Law and Disputes

This contract is governed by French law. In case of dispute, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
