Terms of sale

Article 1 - Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded via the JUMELLES.COM website, hereinafter referred to as "the seller," and its customer.

Article 2 - Products

The products offered for sale by the seller are those listed on the JUMELLES.COM website on the day the user visits the site. Products are offered for sale while stocks last.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Prices may be changed at any time by the seller, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 - Order

The customer confirms their order when they activate the "Confirm my order" link at the bottom of the "Order Summary" page. The customer then accepts the order process and these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The customer may make payment by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Cards issued by banks outside France must be international credit cards.

Article 6 - Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Mondial Relay or Colissimo, according to the customer’s choice at the time of order. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on logistical constraints.

Article 7 — Returns and refunds

These terms apply to consumer purchases from the optical retail websites operated by SAS WEB INVEST. Mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country remain unaffected.

7.1. 14-day withdrawal period

You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason or paying a penalty. Before the deadline, send an unambiguous statement to info@jumelles.com or SAS WEB INVEST, 32 La Rigoudais, 35520 La Chapelle-des-Fougeretz, France. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us; you bear the direct return costs. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are only liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We refund all payments, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of your notification, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.

7.2. Extended commercial returns: up to 60 days

After the initial 14-day period, you may return the product up to the 60th day after receipt, subject to the following conditions: the original packaging must be unopened and complete with all accessories and documents; the product must show no signs or indications of use. A handling fee of 10% of the product price, with a minimum of €20 including tax, is deducted from the refund. Return shipping and initial delivery costs remain payable by you. Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt and inspection. This commercial offer does not limit your statutory rights or guarantees.

7.3. Withdrawal form

7.4. Consumer mediation

First send a written complaint to our customer service using the contact details above. If the dispute remains unresolved, you may refer it free of charge to CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. Submit your request within one year of your written complaint, subject to the applicable admissibility requirements. Mediation is optional and does not prevent you from bringing proceedings before a competent court.

Article 8 - Warranties

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided by Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

Article 9 - Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Article 10 - Applicable Law and Disputes

This contract is governed by French law. In case of dispute, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
