Refund policy

At Qualioptic.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer you the possibility to return them if you are not completely satisfied.

1. Return Period:

You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Shipping Fees:

The shipping fees for returning products are a flat rate of €20.00, which will be deducted from your refund.

3. Product Condition:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, intact and in perfect condition. Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be refunded.

4. Restocking Fees:

We charge a restocking fee of €10.00. However, the flat rate of €20.00 for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days, less the return shipping fees.
