Shipping policy

2. Shipping Zones

We currently ship our products to mainland France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Monaco, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Austria, and Portugal.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer two main shipping options:

a) Mondial Relay: A convenient solution that allows you to collect your package at a pickup point near your location.
b) Colissimo: A postal service providing home delivery.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on the weight and volume of your order as well as the chosen delivery method. These fees will be indicated at the time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping Times

a) Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
b) Mondial Relay: Delivery via Mondial Relay generally takes between 3 and 5 business days.
c) Colissimo: Delivery with Colissimo usually takes between 2 and 4 business days.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

7. Delivery Issues

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@qualioptic.com We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of home delivery and the package cannot be left in a secure location, the carrier will leave a delivery notice indicating the steps to arrange a new delivery or to collect the package.

9. Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Note that once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to modify it.
