Pulsar Merger Duo NXP50 multi-channel thermal and night vision binoculars - PULSAR
Description:
COMBINATION OF THERMAL AND DIGITAL OBSERVATION CHANNELS
The Merger Duo offers several observation modes. The thermal channel is used for detecting and observing animals under all weather conditions, while the digital channel maintains high identification capabilities in Full HD resolution. The "Picture-in-Picture" function allows both optical channels to be displayed simultaneously, prioritizing either thermal or digital. And enables vision both day and night.
HIGH SENSITIVITY THERMAL SENSOR
The thermal imaging sensor with extreme sensitivity of 640 x 480 pixels @ 17 µm and NETD <25mK delivers stunning thermal image quality and perfect detail recognition, even in the harshest weather conditions when thermal contrast is low. The slightest temperature differences are clearly perceptible in rain, fog, or on cold mornings—conditions that are most challenging for a thermal imaging device.
FULL HD DIGITAL NIGHT VISION UNDER VERY LOW LIGHT
The image generated by the Merger Duo NXP50's digital night channel offers high definition and high-quality detail processing. Silhouettes, anatomical differences, behavioral specifics... The HD screen electronics display the animal's trophy qualities, providing the hunter with the necessary information to make the right shooting decision.

IR ILLUMINATOR
The Merger Duo NXP50 comes with an invisible 940 nm IR illuminator with adjustable position, which enhances digital image detail during night observation.
USER MODE
Use the contrast and brightness settings to optimize image detail and data according to observation conditions.
User Mode saves your brightness and contrast settings in the device memory, so you can instantly regain optimal image quality at the next start-up of the thermal device, without having to make additional adjustments.

Comfortable viewing experience
The optical design of the Merger binoculars fully takes into account the nature of human vision. It is natural for a person to receive visual information through two visual channels simultaneously. Observation with both eyes is less fatiguing than with one. This allows for better detection of small objects and superior performance in low-contrast scenes compared to thermal imaging monoculars of similar technical level. The interpupillary distance of the Merger binoculars is adjustable from 62 to 74 mm according to the user's individual characteristics.

Classic binoculars appearance
The Merger Duo multi-channel binoculars feature the classic design of daytime binoculars. With their compact form factor, these binoculars fit comfortably in the hand, maintaining an attractive aesthetic and exemplary ergonomics. The six control buttons are placed within easy reach, and the most commonly used functions are accessible with a single press.
Integrated camera and camcorder
The Merger Duo are equipped with an integrated camera. The internal memory can store hours of video and tens of thousands of photos. A single press of a button is enough to capture a landscape photo you like or to start recording a video.
Ergonomic and functional carrying case
A hunter must be quick. High-quality equipment should be within reach when needed and unobtrusive the rest of the time. Elegant, the Merger Duo case is comfortable and practical to carry. The device is easily and quickly removed from its case for fast deployment. The optimal belt positioning system distributes the weight of the device across the hunter’s body, relieving the load on the shoulders, back, and neck. The case fits the body perfectly, without hindering the hunter’s freedom of movement for bending, turning, crouching, moving across terrain, or using weapons. Additionally, the case is equipped with straps for attachment to a belt or a modular Molle system, including backpacks or canvas gear.
Stream Vision 2
Wi-Fi connection with iOS and Android devices
The integrated Wi-Fi connects the Merger Duo to Android and iOS smartphones via the Stream Vision 2 mobile app. This opens up a wide range of options, including device firmware updates, real-time streaming of the device image to the smartphone screen, posting to social networks or sending captured photos and videos to messaging apps, remote control of digital device functions, and access to the latest news from Pulsar. Additionally, registered users receive 16 GB of cloud storage for photos and videos recorded with the device.
Dual Wi-Fi (2.4 / 5 GHz frequency bands)
In the Merger Duo thermal cameras, the standard 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection band for smartphones is complemented by an efficient 5 GHz band. The 5 GHz connection provides greater bandwidth, faster data transfer rates, noise immunity, and improved connection stability, making the operation of the thermal device with a smartphone simpler and more productive.
Rugged & reliable
Solid magnesium alloy construction – The Merger Duo are designed for prolonged, often demanding use. Their magnesium alloy chassis is both lightweight and durable. The housing reliably protects the internal components of the thermal imaging device against shocks, drops, humidity, heat, or cold. In addition, the metal housing efficiently dissipates heat from the electronics and enhances the overall performance of the device during extended observation.
IPX7 waterproof rating
Certified IPX7 waterproof for protection against heavy rain, snow, or other precipitation. The device is designed to operate flawlessly even after immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Operates in extreme temperatures from -25 to +50°C – The housing, batteries, optics, and electronics of the Merger are engineered to function across a wide temperature range. The Merger ensures reliable and efficient performance in freezing conditions down to -25°C.
